Luke Davis is responsible for the identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities. He also oversees Triton's residential portfolios in various markets.
Prior to joining Triton, Mr. Davis was the Director of Underwriting and a Principal of Western Capital Partners LLC, a commercial real estate bridge lender. During his eight year tenure with Western Capital, he helped grow the business significantly and was involved in almost all aspects of the company’s operations, including: originations, underwriting, closings, legal, workouts, asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions. Mr. Davis began his real estate career in multi-family as a Development Associate for Equity Residential Properties and later as a Project Manager for Greystar Real Estate Partners (formerly MacKenzie House).
Mr. Davis holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
