Mr. Iskandar, Director of Real Estate Acquisitions, is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and consummation of new investments.
Prior to joining Triton in 2009, Mr. Iskandar spent nine years in investment banking, specializing in real estate finance. Most recently, he was a Director at HVS Capital Corp (previously the Denver office of Sonnenblick Goldman Company), where he oversaw the origination, structuring, and placement of more than $1 billion of debt and equity transactions.
In 1990, Mr. Iskandar began his real estate career with Jones Lang Wootton Asia-Pacific and later joined CB Richard Ellis where he was responsible for market research and analysis.
Mr. Iskandar received a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate from the University of Denver, and has completed post-graduate courses in real estate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
