ABOUT US

Mark Twain once said:  “Prosperity is the best protector of principle.”

Since the 1989 acquisition of the Mark Twain apartment building—and the five adjoining Poets Row buildings in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood—Triton Properties, and its parent company Triton Investment Company, has indeed prospered. Along its road to success, Triton has remained grounded in principle by supporting the prosperity of those less fortunate. From restoring a distressed building, like the Mark Twain, and thousands of other apartment units to their historic splendor, to contributing time, expertise and resources to charitable causes, Triton continues to improve itself and its surrounding communities.

Prosperity is at the heart of Triton’s philosophy to create, maintain and enhance value in real estate and financing activities. In the past two decades, Triton has grown from a residential property ownership and management company to a full-service real estate, lending, and private equity firm.

Its real estate division has owned and managed several thousand residential units, as well as many mixed-use commercial properties in the metropolitan Denver area, neighboring States and Canada. Triton’s residents receive unparalleled customer care, from prompt responsiveness to maintenance requests to web-enabled resident services.  Triton is dedicated to raising the bar for urban living and work environments.

In 1998, Triton’s principals applied their real estate expertise to form Triton’s real estate lending counterpart, Western Capital Partners. Through its armory of innovative financing alternatives— including bridge, interval and mezzanine loans—WCP enables its clients to meet their short-term credit needs and to achieve their goals. Since its inception, WCP’s funding of real estate developments and other projects have exceeded the quarter billion dollar mark.

Complementary to Triton’s real estate and lending divisions, Triton’s private equity branch encompasses many industries, including investments in banking, oil and gas, marketing and internet concerns. Triton is committed to rewarding its investors with stability, profitability and preservation of assets.  It is this prosperity that allows Triton to support the community in which it thrives—Triton’s vested interest in principle.
