Patrick Bailey is President and COO of Triton Investment Company, which is involved in numerous real estate-based investments throughout the western United States. Triton has acquired and managed over 2,000 apartment units over the last 15 years. Mr. Bailey oversees the day-to-day operations of Triton Investment Company Triton and its property management arm, Triton Properties, Inc.
In addition to leading the operations of Triton, Mr also investigates and analyzes opportunities in several markets in the western U.S. He is involved in acquisitions, re-financing, and management, including renovation projects and disposition of the group’s holdings.
Patrick is an active investor in several real estate entities with a diversified portfolio of multi-family, commercial, and land holdings. His holdings have included several 1000-apartment units in Colorado and Texas and commercial buildings in Denver. Patrick is also an investor in a 2000-acre land development in Malibu California. He is also a Founding Partner in Western Capital Partners, LLC, a $100 million real estate financing company based in Denver.
Mr. Bailey graduated from Seneca College in Toronto, Canada in 1986 with an Honours Business degree.
