Don Bailey is Chairman & CEO and the founder of the Triton Group of Companies. Don has invested in real estate for over 25 years, starting with a single residential unit in London, Ontario, in 1983. Today, Mr. Bailey is invested in numerous real estate and financial service entities, both publicly and privately held, in the U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Bailey is also the Senior Principal and an active participant in Western Capital Partners, LLC, a $100 million private commercial lender. Other holdings have included a financial partnership in a $34 million, 1,250-acre California coastal ranch and a 2000-acre, $30 million, Malibu land holding. In the past few years, Mr. Bailey and his partners have acquired four significant ranches in Grand County and Jackson County, Colorado, totaling approximately 4,000 acres, as well as a 4-Star, Five-Diamond western resort, the C Lazy U Ranch.
Mr. Bailey graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours HBA four-year degree in 1984.
