April Sedillos joined Triton in 1995. April has held several positions within Triton and from hands-on experience has gained vast knowledge of real estate transactions and management.
Ms. Sedillos currently oversees Triton’s entire Colorado residential and commercial portfolio in addition to a number of other real estate investments. She is involved in all facets of Triton’s real estate investments including property management, acquisition, disposition, property re-positioning, and overall asset management.
Ms. Sedillos has been a major contributing factor to the dramatic redevelopment along the East Colfax corridor in Denver. She currently serves as Chair of the Colfax Business Improvement District.
